My Name is James Thompson I am the owner of All Seasons Furnace and Duct Cleaning. I recently moved back to Washington with my spouse and little one to be closer to my family. Getting established and taking care of your furnace and duct needs and answering your questions Is my top priority. So feel free to give me a call and we’ll get you set up. We appreciate your business!
Dirt has a way of getting in your home and settling into your ducts containing outside allergens. The biggest thing that is overlooked often is the air ducts which contain dust, debris, mold, and any other contaminants. The dirtier your air ducts the harder your HVAC system has to work to get air circulated throughout your home, it can cause your utility bill to go up. Cleaning your air ducts regularly reduces allergens that can free flow in your ducts and into your house reducing allergy symptoms.
To prevent fires due to built up lint in your dryer vent duct it is recommended to get a cleaning once a year. We start by cleaning out your drum inside the dryer and the lint trap, then we use a set of special tools and rods that we send into the dryer vent with compressed air that goes into our vacuum leaving no mess behind. From there we go outside to where it vents out and back drag it the rest of the way. Having this done will improve energy efficiency and shorten dryer time as well.
Chimneys should get a thorough clean once a year before burning season. If used frequently, or as primary source of heat during winter months it is recommended to be cleaned more often. This will help to prevent fires and risk of carbon monoxide poisoning. Soot and creosote build up can prevent the fire from burning properly or causing a chimney fire.
After the cleaning will be followed with an inspection of the flue lining and fire brick to identify undetected issues.
Cleaning the AC unit should be done once a year to prevent build up of any dirt, dust, and any allergens that can prevent good airflow to your unit.
Add a footnote if this applies to your business
Heres an example of what it looks like when we back drag your dryer vent from the outside. Which is a satisfying process of sending our rods in the dryer vent using a reverse ball that is using 160psi of compressed air to knock any lint in the vent off the sides and out your house.
